A real feel for what these tools can — and can’t — do for a business like yours.
The idea
Learn it by doing — alongside other Redding owners.
AI is everywhere right now, and most of what you hear is either hype or homework. This is neither. It’s a plain-English, hands-on morning where you learn which tools are genuinely worth your time and how to actually use them.
No jargon, no prerequisites — just a couple of hours of practical learning with other owners from around Redding, laptops open and questions welcome.

Who’s running it
Two people who actually run businesses.
Eamon builds AI systems that help small businesses run — the operational work owners never have time for. His focus is practical: which tools are worth using, how to set them up, and the hours they hand back each week. He’ll teach it the same way he builds it for clients — plainly, and hands-on.
BBSI partners with Redding business owners on the operational backbone — payroll, HR, risk, and the systems that keep a business running. Joshua’s bringing BBSI’s local community of owners into the room.
Before you ask
The short answers.
- Do I need to be technical?
- No. If you can use email, you’re fine. We meet you exactly where you are and go from there.
- What do I bring?
- A laptop and an AI notetaker running on it. That’s it — everything else we do together in the room.
- How much is it?
- Free. BBSI’s covering the room; we’re covering the teaching.
- Is this a sales pitch?
- No — it’s a teaching workshop. Come to learn the tools and meet a few other local owners. You’ll leave with real, usable skills either way.
- What if it fills up?
- Seats are capped so everyone gets help. If it’s full, grab a waitlist spot and we’ll get you into the next one.
